Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Automate product builds across multiple environments.
- Integrate regression testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth execution.
- Collect, analyse, and circulate build/test results to stakeholders using appropriate tools and dashboards.
- Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement optimizations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Ensure security and compliance best practices are incorporated into the CI/CD process.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash, Groovy).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of build automation tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle, npm).
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and integration into pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in CI/CD or DevOps engineering roles.
